In this episode of
Clean Sweep, our team helps "whip" our couple and their home into shape. Adam and Chris have many important items, but no place to display them.
Organizer Shelli Alexander talks to our couple about their special depression glass and sports memorabilia and what should be kept and what needs to go. Chris loves her shoes and purses, but her collectible glassware is Shelli's main concern. They work together to find the best items that can be displayed in the newly redone dining room. Adam finds his old sports banners, and agrees to pull out some special ones for display, while purging the rest for the yard sale.
Designer Molly Luetkemeyer and carpenter Eric Stromer work together to duplicate a preexisting dining room hutch, in order to create more display area. In the bedroom, a new build-out and organized closet helps with the storage of items left over from their extensive purge.
Will our couple be able to part with the enough of their items to satisfy Shelli? What happens when the dining room paint isn't quite what Molly expected? Will our couple enjoy their new display areas for Chris' glass collection? Tune in and find out.
