David and Diana have been married four years and have a new baby daughter. Their busy family life is deeply satisfying, but their messy home is making them crazy. Now, they're ready for some organizational therapy and the
Clean Sweep team is ready to help.
The couple is worried about two catastrophic rooms: their wreck of a kitchen and their disastrous living room. Organizer Shelli Alexander can't wait to dump the couple's out-of-code food, especially an eight-year-old bucket of dried shitake mushrooms. And their haphazard collection of wine glasses is overdue for a major purge.
Meanwhile, designer Valerie Bickford and carpenter Eric Stromer set their sights on a kitchen redesign that includes bright colors, a recycling center and a complete overhaul of the interior cabinets. In the living room, new color and media storage streamline the space, and a window seat toy box puts the fun in functional.
But will the shitake mushrooms stay or go? And how many glasses does it take to have a wine tasting? Learn the answers to these and other exciting questions on this gastronomical episode of Clean Sweep.
