Lord and Lady Mess-A-Lot

Bill and Victoria's home is packed, and it looks like the two rooms slated for the Clean Sweep treatment are just the tip of the iceberg. Old furniture dominates the space as Victoria is unwilling to part with any of her inherited items. Their dining space is so full that there is barely enough room for the small path to and from the kitchen. Looks like the Clean Sweep team got here just in time.

Host Tava Smiley squeezes us into the dining room, and even has to climb on top of the couch to take in the whole mess in the living room. She blows her trusty whistle and the rooms are rapidly emptied as the Clean Sweep crew gets to work.

Organizer Peter Walsh brings the couple into the now empty rooms to give them a bit of a "reality check," and to show them how great their space can be if they can just learn to purge some of their stuff. Back outside, and into the sort, we learn that Bill works as the "king" in a medieval dinner-theatre show, but this castle is more like a dungeon. Victoria is attached to all of her inherited furniture, and is unwilling to part with anything she thinks may be antique or of any value. Peter must fight through Victoria's attitude of "Mine, mine, mine" and help the couple open up the space for both of them. Inside, designer James Saavedra has been working to create new storage space in both rooms and add a touch of class to the living room. Carpenter Eric Stromer is building a new two-sided display unit so the couple's important items are visible in both rooms.

Can Peter get Victoria to trust him — and more importantly, trust Bill — in the sort? What solution do James and Eric come up with when they find that the dining table is just too small? And what happens when Victoria thinks Peter and Bill are scheming to get rid of her old roller skates? Tune into this emotionally charged episode of Clean Sweep and see for yourself.
