Scott and Kelly Sheffield are loving parents who can't get a handle on their four daughters’ toys. Their living room is an obstacle course with no clear path to the door. And their dining room is so full of things that don’t belong there, they can’t even use it. Now, Clean Sweep is here to save them. Host Tava Smiley walks us through their dining room, where the table has disappeared under their mess. And their living room has organizer Peter Walsh at wit’s end. The rooms are emptied, and the Clean Sweep team gets to work.
Peter realizes quickly how important family is to Scott and Kelly, so he brings their daughters in to help with the toy sort. Inside, designer Molly Luetkemeyer transforms their living room into a candy-colored play space and brings some elegance back to their dining room. Meanwhile, carpenter Eric Stromer fashions a sharp and practical desk that will provide a place to do homework as well as store some family toys.
Can the Clean Sweep team make sense of this maze of toys? Will Peter help Scott and Kelly set some limits for their kids? Will the piano find a place in the new rooms and, if so, where? Find out on this family-fun episode of Clean Sweep.
