Dave and Lynne Street suffer from a horrible condition known as "TMS": Too Much Stuff! Their home office has been consumed by Lynne's scrapbook business, and their bedroom is buried under a mountain of clothes. Thank goodness the
Clean Sweep team has the perfect cure.
Host Tava Smiley leads us on a tour of the bedroom, where we find that Dave has begun to use giant trash bins as temporary storage for their clothes. Too bad this temporary solution has been around for two years now. The office is no better; Lynne's scrapbook supplies and paperwork have piled so high as to push Dave out of the room altogether. The rooms are quickly emptied, and the team gets to work. Organizer Peter Walsh meets our couple outside, and they dive right into the various piles of paperwork, clothes, shoes and even Dave's race car collection. Inside, designer Angelo Surmelis redefines the bedroom by building a wall to create separate seating and dressing areas.
Carpenter Eric Stromer brings Angelo’s plans to life by building a decorative "Clock Wall" in the office to help inspire Lynne's creativity. What famous singer and dancer does Lynne consider her inspiration? What does Dave try to use as his explanation for using trash cans as storage bins? And does anyone know what time it is? Check your watch and tune in to this "down to the second" episode of
Clean Sweep to see for yourself.
