Leslie Julich is a do-everything professional woman: successful, career-driven, married, and the mother of a 3-year-old daughter.  Finding the balance of being a working woman and family woman has been difficult.  

Living in Manhattan, she never escapes the frenetic pace of the city and of daily life.  With her family and her career as top priorities, she feels she has neglected taking care of herself.  Unhappy with her appearance and physical shape, she is looking for a way to kick-start a program of self-improvement and renewal.
