
Ingredients:
¾ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ head green cabbage shredded
½ head red cabbage shredded
4 cups collards shredded
Instructions:
In a large bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cider vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Add cabbages, collards to bowl. Toss well and adjust seasonings as needed.
