Ingredients:
4 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Whisk together all ingredients, except for salt and pepper, reserving one tablespoon for basting. Marinade chicken for 1 hour, then add salt and pepper to taste. As chicken is being grilled, use reserved sauce for a baste.
Another way to add a new flavor to a steak or chicken on the grill is to add some flavored butter. Mix herbs, garlic, peppers or other vegetables into butter, blend in a food processor, then use it to baste meats.
