Sutton & Jennifer

Sisters-in-law and Broadway actresses Sutton Foster and Jennifer Cody have more than stellar performance careers in common. They also share a leading ladies' fashion frustration!

"I wear my fleece-lined overalls every day, except once a week when my dresser washes them for me!" confesses Sutton, who earned the 2002 Tony Award for Leading Actress in a musical for the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie. And Jen's teeny 4'11" figure is ideal for her part in the musical Urinetown, but exasperating when she attempts to find clothes or shoes in her size. "I really need something mature to replace my PowderPuff Girls sneakers," she laments.

Jennifer and Sutton are determined to razzle-dazzle their co-stars and Hunter (Jennifer's husband and Sutton's older brother), by showing up at Sutton's birthday party dressed in more than their standard jeans and stage makeup!
