Liz and Kelly need to amend their styles before attending the historical Constitution Ball in Philadelphia! They have been working feverishly behind the scenes doing administrative work to get the national constitution center, an interactive museum dedicated to the constitution, up and running.

Now these two hard working employees have been offered a seat at the opening gala where they will rub elbows with celebrities and high profile politicians!
