"We're insanely sane!" Kathy says of herself and pal Joie.

Between Joie's magnetic personality ("People feel comfortable with me because I can make fun of myself.") and Kathy's native southern charm ("I can be the social butterfly when I need to!"), this duo shatters any stereotypes of lackluster housewives!

"A makeover will give our kids fewer reasons to be embarrassed by us someday!" Joie laughs.

With four children between them and Kathy's baby due in August, these domestic divas, and their husbands, will commemorate both couples' wedding anniversaries-and Kathy and Joie's "fall" into fashion-this autumn.
