RICHARD GREENE
Called "The Master of Charisma" by the Sunday Times (UK), Richard Greene is considered one of the leading communications coaches in the world. Using his understanding of human communication together with an enormously personal and intuitive approach, Richard literally transforms every person he works with, no matter their level of fear or expertise, into warm, dynamic, charismatic presenters who can move and take control of their audiences.
A graduate of University of Southern California Law School, Richard left the practice of law to share his communication breakthroughs with presidents, prime ministers, political candidates, members of the House of Lords, CEOs and CFOs of Fortune 500 companies, actors and busy professionals in over 25 countries and five continents. As noted in the best-selling book Diana, The Last Year, Richard was even summoned to Kensington Palace in 1996 to advise Princess Diana in her efforts to create a respected and compelling public image.
In addition to private consultations, Richard has conducted over 100 international lecture tours, leading workshops for the United Nations, World Health Organization, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Young Presidents Organization and such worldwide corporate clients as J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, KLM Airlines, NBC, ESPN, Hollywood Reporter, Sheraton Hotels and Walt Disney. Richard also taught a course entitled "Advocacy and Non-Verbal Presentation" at UCLA.
Richard’s book, Words The Shook The World (Prentice-Hall, 2002), is a collection of history-shaping speeches by some of the world’s most exceptional orators from Winston Churchill and John F. Kennedy to Martin Luther King, Jr. and General Douglas MacArthur. Each speech is placed in its historical context within the life and times of its author and has running commentary by Richard explaining what made each speech so successful.
Richard’s ability to "read" body language and analyze all aspects of human communication sometimes propels him to the forefront of television coverage during key news events. Richard has been asked to comment on the Simpson trial, the Scott Petersen trial, and throughout President Clinton’s impeachment process, including appearances on NBC, Nightline, Good Morning America, ABC News, CNN, BBC, ITN and Sky Channel. As one of the very few Americans to attend Princess Diana’s funeral, Richard provided live commentary for NBC and FOX
