Buy the Right Property
You make your money on the buy. The best house to flip is one you’ve inherited, secured significantly under market value (like 20 percent), or that you swiped up on the sly before any other buyers even knew it was available.
With any luck, the seller didn’t know how much he might have received on the open market for his diamond in the rough. Do not be tempted to move ahead with a property that is overpriced because you think it meets other criteria – if you are not getting a deal, the rest of this article doesn’t matter!
