Tamale Corn

Ingredients:

1 can cream-style corn
1 box corn bread mix
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Some American cheese to top and separate the mix

Spray an 8-inch by 8-inch pan with cooking spray. Mix the corn, corn bread mix, egg, oil and garlic salt in a bowl and pour half in the pan.

Top with the American cheese. Pour the rest in the pan, and top with cheese again. Bake in a 350 oven for 25 to 30 Minutes or until set.
