Virginia: Gentle Heights Court

Inspired by a trip to Morocco, Gen uses rich fabrics and textures, bold colors and beautiful lighting in 12-year-old Sydney's room. Gen expects her design to "bring in a more mature sense of style that will cross gracefully into Sydney's teen years." Carpenter Ty Pennington builds floor-to-ceiling pillars that stand before a bed that looks as though it's destined to host a slumber party for giggling girls. Hues of blue, gold and tangerine on the bed are complemented by the giant Moroccan lantern hanging from the ceiling.
