Dr. Aurelio Rodriguez experienced trauma early in his life when his sister was killed in a car accident. In this episode, he relives the nightmare as he tries to save a man who crashed his car into an embankment. Dr. Rodriguez also works with Nurse Doug Jackson, a former storybook character in Disney World, when an ATV crushes a young woman and a man is shot in the thigh.
