A twenty-year-old man was hanging out with friends when suddenly shots rang out from an unknown gunman; while running for cover, he was wounded in the hip. The man's calm demeanor in the E.R. may be due to the fact that he's been through this before — he had recently been shot in the leg under similar circumstances. "You better stay off them [sic] streets," he warned the doctors. "Everybody's playing for keeps now."
