In a city of nonstop excitement and nonstop emergencies, the trauma team fights to save as many lives as possible: a mentally ill young woman suffering a pseudo seizure; a man chased off a 20-foot highway embankment who lands head first onto concrete; a father and daughter who are involved in a near fatal car crash; and a 70-year-old woman who set herself and her house ablaze while attached to a tank of oxygen to treat her emphysema.
