If you or a loved one has an interesting or remarkable story about a visit to the ER or has been involved with trauma care, TLC's Untold Stories of the ER would love to hear from you.

Untold Stories of the ER features the dramatic stories of real-life trips to the emergency room, as told by both patients and doctors. Unusual, touching, humorous, or life-changing — no story is too big or too small. We then, with full medical accuracy, reenact the events. Untold Stories of the ER is a testament to medical heroes — and something that everyone involved in the show can be proud of.

Some of the stories recount surprising medical or personal challenges or deal with ethical or moral issues. Others involve new or unusual procedures, inspirational stories or humorous situations. We are open to stories on a wide range of ER events that can include life-threatening cases, spiritual stories and even bizarre tales.
