Matt has been a successful radio host for the last 15 years. However, his co-host and nominator Ramona says she's sick of Matt's "uniform" of giveaway T-shirts and jeans, and she's tired of being embarrassed by his no-effort duds whenever they make public appearances.

Stacy and Clinton will have to get Matt out of his endless array of shorts and into trousers and properly buttoned shirts. Since Matt thinks so-called grown-up clothes are restricting, they will need all their powers of persuasion. Hairstylist Nick Arrojo thinks Matt's hair is not making the most of his boyish good looks, and given that Matt is entering his 40s, makeup artist Carmindy comes up with a skin-care regime to ensure Matt fends off fine lines and wrinkles.

Check out Matt's fashion rules, mannequins, shopping lists and makeover details!
