1.I assign to the BBC and Discovery Communications, Inc. and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns (collectively "Producers") the complete copyright and all other rights in my contributions described above for use in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, in or in connection with the above-referenced Series, including without limitation publicity and promotion for the Series.
2.The Producers may without limitation edit, adapt and translate my contributions and I waive irrevocably any 'moral rights' I may have in such contributions.
3.The BBC shall only be liable for any personal injury and/or property loss or damage if such injury, loss or damage is directly connected with my participation in the above-described Program and occurs as a direct result of the BBC's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
4.My contributions will not infringe copyright or similar rights of any third party, nor will such contributions result in a libel or invasion of privacy of any third party or damage the reputation of the BBC generally. I further agree not to withhold any fact related to my contribution or appearance which could reasonably result in the embarrassment of the BBC.
5.This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the Laws of the State of New York and I submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of New York.
6.The foregoing rights and representatives shall be for the benefit of the BBC as well as its assignees, licencees and other representatives.
7.I hereby waive any claim which I or my successors may have against the Producers, its assignees, licensees and other representatives, arising from my participation in connection with the above-described Program.
8.I represent that I am 21 years of age or older and able to grant the rights and enter into the agreements contained herein.
