Texas: High Point Lane

The WYWO crew has adventurous and ambitious plans to transform this bare, unsightly back yard into a Korean garden. Carpenter Andrew Dan-Jumbo builds a pagoda-like arbor, which will serve as the centerpiece of the garden. A trench is dug around the arbor to allow for a serene, free-flowing water channel. Beautiful plants and flowers in varying shades of orange and yellow are brought in, and an orange tree is planted nearby. Leslie Segrete builds a small bridge to allow for a walkway into the arbor. Finally, the WYWO crew decorates the inside of the arbor with candles and displays a Korean flag as a nod to homeowner Ken's heritage.
