Teresa's television writing credits include "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" for ABC, and "Win Ben Stein's Money" on Comedy Central, for which she won an Emmy. Her on camera television credits include hosting "Home Styles" for PBS, and co-hosting "Lover's Lounge" for the Game Show Network.
Originally from San Francisco, Teresa studied theater and journalism at New York University. While in Manhattan, she appeared in several Off-Off-Broadway plays before returning to the Bay Area. There, she appeared in new works with numerous small companies, as well as her original comic monologue, "The Life and Death of Stars" at the Marsh Theater. Her solo work, including "The Teresa Monologues," has also been seen in Los Angeles at the HBO Workspace, the McCadden Theater, and the University of Judaism. Teresa's feature film roles have included "The Land of Milk and Honey" and "Laughing Out Loud."
Teresa enjoys practicing yoga and playing basketball at home in Los Angeles.
