A:   Tessa, I would absolutely love to participate in a show that involved someone close to me. For me it wouldn't be too stressful at all — actually it'd be just the opposite because I KNOW they'd forgive me if I screwed something up … I'd be way more stressed out doing a room for the family or friend of another WYWO team member.

Q:   Dear Evan: I think that you're unique as a host of this type of show because can utilize your existing carpentry and design experience. Is this part of why you chose to return to TV in this way, as opposed to in a sitcom or another musically-driven show?

A:   Shanna, Thank you! I feel very fortunate to have found a way to combine my love for both entertainment and my passion for building things. I'd love to say that I "chose" to return to TV this way, but the reality of it is that I was heading more in the direction of my first love, which is music, when I was asked to join the show. I postponed the release of my solo album and had to cancel a few tours, but I've always believed in listening when opportunity knocks…so here I am!
Ps. To my incredible band, we're still releasing the album! Hang tight!
