Wardell and Lisa's hectic lifestyle has led them to develop an interest in meditation. They are learning to channel the stress in their daily lives by meditating at home as well as going to meditation classes. The problem is that no room in their Albuquerque home has the ambiance they need to mediate in.

Lisa has a lot of style and knows what her husband likes. She wants to redo the master bedroom, and according to Lisa, Wardell is more fashionable and interested in design than she is.

Our designer, Stephen Saint Onge, will transform their less-than-relaxing bedroom into a Zen Meditation Sanctuary. With the help of carpenters Andrew Dan Jumbo and Leslie Segrete, Stephen will create a modern sanctuary of cream and chocolate colors by stripping the room of its carpet, adding an eclectic mix of fabric, and constructing a more secluded and private space for meditation and relaxation.

While Wardell is playing hoops with his son, Jordon, Lisa will be playing hoops with Stephen to create a dream sanctuary for her husband. Will Wardell's be on the road to relaxation or will he have a lot of work ahead of him? Watch and find out!
