Tanya and Adam have recently moved from Calgary, Canada, the land of cold and snow to warm and sunny St. Petersburg, Florida.

Adam has a new job as a genetic technologist, as well as a new baby girl named Darwin, so he rarely has time to play his music anymore. Tanya is looking to turn the guest room he uses as his studio into a sound lab he can really rock out in. With the help of Designer John Bruce and the While You Were Out carpenters, Andrew Dan Jumbo and Leslie Segrete, Tanya will give Adam the encouragement he needs to make music and have more fun at home with his family.

John Bruce wants to create the ultimate Sound Lab Space by combining Adam's passion for science with his passion for music. Red paint, a modern studio desk, an ultra cool lighted guitar rack, and funky chromosome pillows are just the beginning of John Bruce's ambitious design plans.

While Tanya and the WYWO team are busy painting the room red, Adam is in Miami painting the town red with his band mate Rudi. Adam and Rudi are getting into the groove of the Miami beat, cruising the town on scooters and creating a little music of their own.

When Adam returns home, will he dig John Bruce's sound lab, or will he want his old digs back?
