Rhett is convinced his wife Alisa can't keep a secret. Little does he know she's about to pull a huge surprise with the help of While You Were Out. While Rhett is lured off to a mountain trek with his best friend Sam, architect/designer Christy Schlesinger, along with carpenter Andrew Dan-Jumbo and handyperson Leslie Segrete, attempt to create an improved living room that reflects Rhett's love of hiking, nature, and his family. Tired of antlers and faux log finishes, the team applies their creative talents to twist twigs across the fireplace, create a clever television display unit, strap up the sofas with branded leather, and highlight the windows with leafy resin plates. They also create an unusual display for favorite family photographs. To get material for the pop-quiz portions of the show, a crafty While You Were Out camera person joins up with the Rhett and Sam, posing as a representative from a camping gear company who's making an 'in store' video demonstrating the equipment in use. Tune in to see Rhett's reaction to the ruse.
