Episode Guide: Season 1

California: Tassajara Circle
Former Olympic gymnast Scott Keswick contacted us to help surprise his wife Michelle with a newly decorated living/dining room.

California: Thorntree Drive
Julie wants to transform the extra room in the house to an 'old world' office for her husband, John. Julie says that while she's obsessed with decorating, she's "not very good at interior design."

Utah: Fairview Drive
Since Marc is a roofing contractor who spends nearly every day laboring outside, the last thing he wants to do when he has a moment to himself is fix up his own house. Cecily turns to garden designer Peter BonSey to transform their space into a western-themed cowboy campfire deck.

California: Lambeth Lane
Eric and Mary Jane would love to entertain out on their back deck. The problem … they tore it down when it succumbed to dry rot. Mary Jane wants to change all that, so she enlists garden designer Peter BonSey to work his magic.

Oregon: Flanders Street
Marian bought the new house, and Sarah has helped her clean and decorate every step of the way. Marian feels it is time to show her gratitude. Mayita Dinos helps Marian create Sarah's big surprise — a tropical island in her backyard.

Oregon: 29th Avenue
Kristen has excellent taste in home decor. She has decorated every room in her house, except her husband Zig's home office. Kristen has bravely decided to let the While You Were Out team take a crack at it.

Utah: Tyler Avenue
While Rhett is lured off to a mountain trek, his wife Alisa attempts to create an improved living room that reflects Rhett's love of hiking, nature, and his family.

Utah: South Lincoln Street
Since Adam loves nothing more than to barbecue with friends, Tiburon is going to surprise him with a new Mediterranean patio creation by garden designer Peter Bonsey.

Utah: Sherman Avenue
Although Jon recently purchased a huge TV and state-of-the-art surround sound system, the bijou-oriented basement still needs a lot of help. Kelly turns to While You Were Out to give Jon his version of a dream home theatre.

Oregon: Plumeria Way
Dani's rugged husband Ryan has a collection of mounted animal heads that Dani absolutely refuses to allow into the house. She would like to give Ryan the kind of atmosphere that can soothe his hunter's soul — without the taxidermy.
