Few moments during pregnancy are as precious as the doctor proclaiming "It's a Boy" or "It's a Girl." That is, unless the doctor's appointment is followed by returning to a beautiful new baby nursery from While You Were Out! Cathy has sent her sister, Caryn, to her OB-GYN to find out the news while WYWO transforms their home office into a Nursery Garden appropriate for a newborn boy or girl.

Designer Mark Montano wants the room to be as visually stimulating as possible for a young child. While he and Leslie paint an adorable mural, carpenter Andrew Dan-Jumbo is working on his own adorable little project — an armoire doll house. The design is like a storybook illustration, but can Mark's ornate design actually come to life?

After her OB-GYN appointment, Caryn and her husband travel to California with our secret shooter posing as a producer for a TLC baby show. There, they tell Caryn's parents the news of their child's sex. They also begin browsing for baby nursery furniture. Little does Caryn know that when she returns home, she'll be arriving to a baby shower in the new nursery, compliments of While You Were Out!
