Ever wondered what to do with that awkward shaped room that's neither bedroom nor living room? Why not turn it into a sensual boudoir for your wife — install a tub, make it luxurious and feminine and give her a special place of her own. And if you're having problems visualizing this, just tune into this one-of-a-kind WYWO when designer Chayse Dacoda does just that!
David and Alison live in a typical, historic Savannah style home; they recently bought the house and like many new homeowners have little surplus cash to spend on renovating. David wants to convert what he refers to as their "ugly room" into an elegant dressing room/bathroom for his wife. The ugly room, soon to be made beautiful, currently has a vintage cast iron bathtub, which Alison found while antiquing, but what the heck to do with it?
So first up there's a little issue of plumbing to resolve and that's going to take some expert help. More than that, it's actually going to be the first prize that David has to win. So will the merry sound of running water be heard when Alison gets home, or is this daring element of jeopardy a dangerous game to play?
Next up there's the not so simple matter of a table that Chayse would like Andrew to build, or rather, weld together. Will sparks be flying on this episode of While You Were Out? We can guarantee it!
