Annapolis: The Good Ship WYWO
small text
large text

Original Airdate: Dec. 11th, 2004

Host:
Evan Farmer

Designer:
John Bruce

"Ahoy there!" — now here's a first. Ever up to a challenge John Bruce and the WYWO team take on a nautical assignment in Annapolis aboard an 87' pleasure cruiser aptly named 'Lifestyles'. For Vicki and her husband Tony, 'Lifestyles' is their home and their business as they not only live aboard, they rent out the yacht for charters. The boat belonged to Tony before Vicki arrived on the scene and the saloon — that's the living room to us land lovers — looks like a cross between a bachelor pad and Grandma's house: chintzy, dated and miss-matched.

John Bruce and the crew quickly find out that this isn't going to be smooth sailing. A commercial vessel comes with its own set of obstacles and restrictions and it'll take a lot to get this craft shipshape. Will John's design float Tony's boat or will the WYWO team have to abandon ship?
