Tulsa: Little Bedroom on the Prairie
small text
large text
Collinsville, Oklahoma is a traditional American small town complete with a quaint main street and painted water tower; it's the kind of place that time has forgotten — just like the master bedroom of locals Shaun and Karri Clark. When Shaun asked WYWO to make over the room for his wife, how could they resist?

Apart from being a great guy, Shaun also manages a cookie factory and promised the team an unlimited supply of biscotti. But as soon as Evan and the gang started clearing the room, they realized they might have bitten off more than they could chew; "cluttered" wouldn't even start to describe the state of things. In fact, without giving the game away, let's just say this is the first time the team had to use shovels in a room clear.

Suddenly the two-day time limit was looking very daunting. As usual, designer Nadia Geller took the task to heart. Along with construction, painting, floor treatments and an assortment of creative decorating projects, she threw in some wall demolition for good measure. For Nadia this is more than just another makeover: she wants to give the Clarks a beautiful, neat bedroom where they can relax, enjoy each other's company and ... oh yes ... be able to find their possessions once again!
