In each episode of 10 Years Younger, an individual who looks beyond their years discovers what age 100 strangers guess they are as they stand inside the show's famous soundproof glass box.

Follow their journeys as host Kyan Douglas guides them through the process of transformation and they uncover the reasons they have let their looks go. They undergo a series of non-invasive surgical procedures to help update their look and give them a new opportunity to rejuvenate themselves from the outside in.
