Emmy is a 47-year-old mother of two, who spreads her kindness by taking in people from her community who need help. She’s the type of person who has an open-door policy for all of her family and friends. 

This big-hearted mom has a lot going from starting a new business, to cooking for visitors and doing 25 loads of laundry a week! It doesn’t help that she is a big pack rat, which, made her backyard fit for a pig, literally! It got so bad that the family became secluded inside the house!
