A 12-year employee of Trademark Properties, John F. Davis handles the business’s growing corporate clientele, specializing in restaurant sales and business brokerage. 

In a city that thrives on restaurants and tourism, John is definitely a mover and a shaker. Born in Virginia, but a 36-year resident of James Island, S.C., Davis is the younger brother of Trademark Properties President and Founder Richard C. Davis and a great example of the "work hard, play hard" philosophy. 

He’s the first to throw a party or entertain clients with a big night out, and he loves to keep the mood light by telling a joke. Since many of his clients are restaurants, he’s also the first and best place to turn for a Charleston dinner reservation. 

Davis currently sits on the board of the Charleston Restaurant Association, and he once even took first prize in a hot-dog eating competition. He is the proud father of a daughter.
