A Charleston native and resident for her entire life, and a Trademark employee for the past decade, Dawn Nosal works closely with developers on sales and marketing, shares absorption in the marketplace and strategically plans how Trademark can capture the highest percentage of the market share. In addition, the 36-year-old manages all sales teams on site, where her "kill ‘em with kindness" business philosophy is often put to work. 

In addition to her work with Trademark, Dawn enjoys playing softball and devotes time as a sponsor and supporter for the March of Dimes. At work and in her personal life, Dawn strives to put herself in other people’s shoes, in order to relate to them. She also does everything with a smile. Dawn is married and a proud mother to her daughter, Brie.
