Whether it’s crawling through an open window or scouting out a property "cloak-and-dagger" style, Ginger Alexander always does what it takes to get the job done — and she does it in style. A Southern belle, she’s tough as nails, with a heart of gold, and doesn’t hesitate to get her Jimmy Choos dirty. 

Virginia (Ginger) Alexander was born in Charlotte, N.C., and raised in Greenville, S.C.. At 27, she has worked with Richard C. Davis at Trademark Properties for seven years, nearly her entire working life, and taken his business teachings to heart. 

She often serves as Davis’ right-hand woman and is sometimes described as a "wolf in sheep’s clothing," for her velvet-glove approach to tough negotiations. Since Ginger joined Trademark, the staff has grown from 11 people to more than 40 employees.  In her current role as investment coordinator, she works hand-in-hand with Davis, handling all investments, from research to acquisition to renovation, to sale and closing.

The eldest of four children, Ginger is a graduate of Clemson University, where she received a B.S. in financial management, with a focus in real estate. She resides in Charleston, S.C., and loves spending her free time traveling, reading and hanging out with her dog, Jack.
