Lori Nolan, 46, has been at Trademark Properties for eight years and manages the residential division. Nolan lists and sells property on her own and consults for her team to help them make sales and get listings for themselves. 

A native of Charleston, Nolan is the oldest of five children. When she isn’t working, Nolan enjoys spending time with her husband, Robert, traveling and volunteering for the March of Dimes. 

Her business philosophy is inspired by her father, who told her, "Do not wait for anyone to give you anything; go out and get it for yourself!" Lori describes her approach to life as "roll with the punches."
