1. ELIGIBILITY: TLC's "Voyage to Alaska" Sweepstakes presented by The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Discovery Communications, Inc. ("Sponsor"), its promotional partner Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, Promotion Mechanics, Inc. ("Promotion Administrator"), their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, TV production partners, advertising agencies, promotional suppliers (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities") and the immediate family members (spouses and parents, children and siblings and their spouses, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. 2. TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on November 14, 2010 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 10, 2010. 3. RANDOM DRAWING — PRIZE — ODDS OF WINNING: On or about December 15, 2010, the Promotion Administrator, an independent judging organization, will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to award one (1) Grand Prize: a 7-day cruise for the winner and up to three (3) family members (the "Winner's Family") from Vancouver, BC, Canada, to Seward, Alaska. The prize trip consists of round trip coach air travel for Winner's Family to Vancouver, BC, Canada, from a major commercial airport near winner's residence in the U.S. (as determined by Sponsor); cruise passage for Winner's Family on a 7-day cruise from Vancouver to Seward, Alaska (single stateroom at the sole discretion of Sponsor); applicable port charges and taxes; and shore excursions to be determined at Sponsor's sole discretion. Expenses not specified are winner's responsibility. Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is $15,000. Actual value will be determined by winner's residence and seasonal rates. 4. GENERAL: Taxes on prize and all expenses related to acceptance and use of prize are the sole responsibility of winner.
