Mathieu Miljavac "I never really thought I would work with flowers, but they are a fantastic media and Jeff has the talent to turn them into art." Mathieu Miljavac was born in Paris from a French mother and a Croatian father. Raised in the countryside of France, he came back to the city to study fashion. He graduated in fashion design and worked as a menswear designer for different trend offices and couture houses in Paris. Meanwhile, he had also become involved in graphic design, which is what led to his involvement with Jeff Leatham. Jeff had sought the help of Mathieu in developing his first line of products. Over the past few years, they worked together on different projects including: Swarovski Crystal Palace 2004, Daum Crystal, and a line of vases and home. Involved in every aspect of Leatham's projects, Mathieu finds his collaboration with Jeff "very stimulating, as Jeff has twenty ideas per second!" Mathieu's job is therefore to help turn these ideas into a reality. |
