Robert Frungillo
"The Boss" is the youngest Frungillo brother, but everybody answers to him. He's got a quick wit, and eyes behind his head. Nothing gets past Robert, and he can sense a disaster before it occurs. Outside work, his leadership skills extend to his other passion ... coaching sports. He uses the same leadership tactics on the sports field as in the wedding hall, always bringing in his team for a pre-wedding meeting on the dance floor, or demanding last-minute push-ups to get his staff energized before a big event. Even with his tough exterior, there's nothing more important to Robert than making a bride's dreams come true. The one thing that makes him tear up is when a bride thanks him at the end of the night.

Jerry Frungillo
"The Visionary" is the older Frungillo brother, and Jerry is all heart. He's constantly planning the next stage of the business while making sure events get booked and the staff works together to pull it all off. Jerry is the one who had the vision and skills to turn Skylands Manor from an eccentric millionaire's home into a fairytale setting. Jerry takes pride in what they've built, and when he closes his eyes, he can see his parents in the kitchen preparing for that night's wedding.

Linda Pergola
"The Queen of the Castle" is all personality. Linda has been with the Frungillos for more than 20 years, and she makes every event feel like the only one happening, even with 300 people in the next room. When she's not running multiple events at the Villa, she's racing off to Skylands to make sure the fairytale weddings come true. Linda had to earn her stripes with the Frungillos and now is considered the sister they never had. Robert and Jerry know nothing will go wrong when Linda is in the driver's seat.

Frankie Pergola
"The Kid" is Linda's son and books the events at the Villa. Frankie is the face of the Frungillo brothers. What he loves about his job is that every couple that walks through the door has a different story. No matter what, he's there to sell the dream the Frungillos have to pull off. Frankie also never hesitates to lend his charming personality to help the team deliver on some impossible requests. When Frankie brings Robert a booking sheet, Robert gets so pumped he makes them both do push-ups.

Joe'l Falco
"The Firecracker" is not only Linda's protégé, but also considered one of her feisty daughters. Joe'l can't believe some of the things she has to pull off every night. She grew up a tough Jersey girl, who Linda found while shopping in a mall. Ultimately, she loves her job, even though she barely sees her newly married husband in the light of day.
