Purpose: to get out on the table what you think each other has done to contribute to what's gone wrong in the relationship.
Items Needed:
Two pens
Paper
Instructions:
Each write down on separate pieces of paper what you think the other person has done to cause the breakdown in the relationship. Then take turns revealing to the other what you have written and explain why.
Purpose: to rebuild your self-esteem and help your spouse understand exactly what you need from him/her.

Instructions:
Structure the day how you would like it to be and plan the day for you and your spouse. Also, write down all the things you need your spouse to do for the relationship to get back on track. Then, tell your spouse how you want to be treated.
