Episode 1: Grace Street Mansion
Home Rrstorationist, Gable Painter, takes on the 1895 Victorian Mansion (Grace Street Mansion). Gable's been hired to restore and restructure this large single family home into 9 separate units. Painter and crew also work on a 1910 Folk Victorian porch.

Episode 2: Grace Street Mansion/36th Front Room
Gable and crew continue work at the Grace Street Mansion and also return to work on the front room of the 1910 Folk Victorian. Gable takes his best friend Pikey dumpster diving and plays a prank on him with the help of Thomas and Quinton.

Episode 3: Grace Street Mansion Mansion/Oregon Hill Porch
With work stalling at the Grace Street Mansion, Gable takes on a new project restoring a 1926 Folk Victorian porch in Oregon Hill. The project must be done 100% correctly for the homeowner to receive federal and state tax credits.

Episode 4: Linden Row Inn
Funding has dried up and Gable is forced to leave his dream project. After a tearful goodbye, he sets his focus on re-decorating a suite in the historic1840's converted Linden Row Inn. Will the crew finish in time when the deadline is moved up 24 hrs?

Episode 5: Monument Avenue Kitchen
Gable takes on a kitchen remodel in an 1824 Tudor Revival Mansion on historic Monument Ave, which is one of the country's grandest and most unaltered boulevards. If successful, this could potentially lead to more projects on Monument Ave.

Episode 6: Monument Avenue Bathroom
The homeowner of the 1824 Tudor Revival Mansion on historic Monument Ave calls on Gable to modernize a bathroom. Gable is able to salvage the plumbing fixtures on the on the one-of-a kind shower, installs a heated floor and brings in a claw foot tub.

Episode 7: Jackson Ward, Upstairs
Gable is called in to restore a single family semi-detached 1880's Victorian home that has suffered extensive water damage throughout the entire house.

Episode 8: Jackson Ward, Downstairs
Looking to finish up their work at Jackson Ward, Gable and the crew work on restoring every historic element of the home: door hardware, rimlocks, and transoms. After sanding and staining the hardwood floors, Gable shows off their hard work to the owner.

Episode 9: Elder Homes
Gable decides its time for his entire crew to give back to the community, so he takes on a different kind of project: working on the 1910 Folk Victorian home of a lower-income 75 year old retiree.

Episode 10: Marshall Street Exterior
Gable takes on an 1870's Richardsonian Italianate Row House with very rare double scoop German shiplap siding. It's falling apart, but Gable will stay true to form and have the replacement siding re-milled at a local mill shop.

Episode 11: Marshall Street Kitchen
Gable has been asked back to the 1870's Richardsonian Italianate Row House by the homeower to restore the kitchen. Although the kitchen was not original to the home, Gable plans on restoring it to its original 1920's style.

Episode 12: Green Restoration Interior
Gable's motto is "everything can be saved" and believes that being 'green' and restoration can go hand in hand. For his next project, he learns the intricate challenges of 'greening' while simultaneously restoring a home's interior.

Episode 13: Green Restoration Exterior
For this next project, the crew tackles renovating and restoring the exterior of the home, while including many green elements.
