Elise is the director of sales at Kleinfeld. She has been with Kleinfeld for the last 4 ½ years, and in the retail bridal business for 24 years.

Elise has been engaged nine times and married three times. "Always a bride, never a bridesmaid," she says. Her husband is so understanding of the hours and the pressure she has on the job that he never flinched when she said she wanted to be married on a Wednesday so all her friends in the business could attend.
