Emma Jenner was born in 1977 in Newcastle, England. She grew up in Oxford until the age of 12 and then proceeded to live in various parts of the world, including Germany and Cyprus.
She started her education in boarding school in Ipswich, before studying at Salisbury College, where she specialized in child care. Emma then attended Mass Bay College in Wellesley, earning a degree in child-care.
After finishing her studies, Emma worked as a nursery school teacher before pursuing a career as a nanny. She has been a nanny for over a decade, working with children of all ages, including a variety of high-profile and celebrity families. Emma specializes in nighttime sleep issues and has recently started a sleep-consulting business. She also recently opened her own nanny-training school in the Los Angeles area.
A fun-loving, busy individual, Emma strives in her work to put harmony back into the home. Emma believes in raising children with a firm, disciplined approach -- one that insists on good manners from all family members. In doing so, according to Emma, parents help to maintain a loving and nurturing environment in their home. She works closely with parents to give them the tips and tools necessary to allow them to regain control of any family chaos. When Emma isn’t helping families, she enjoys staying active, reading and traveling.
